Soak up an entire week at a truly magical and healing retreat center on the southernmost tip of the Baja in Mexico. 

This exquisite venue is isolated away from the chaos and touristy areas of Mexico, and is surrounded by healing desert and miles upon miles of untouched ocean. It is the perfect venue to dive into oneself and really unwind. 

Your systems create space in your bodies and hearts, liberate stagnant energy and open to new possibilities in community. This retreat is holistic and embodied and provides the platform for one to dive into their own bodies, minds, heart, spirits, and souls.  

The curriculum includes deep, gentle, unwinding, restorative, and embodied yoga practices, meditation, self reflective writing and art, dance and movement, safe, welcoming, nourishing, and healing women’s circles of sharing, ceremony and ritual, incredible food, and community bonding.
