This retreat is an invitation to pause, reflect, and rekindle joy through embodied movement, deep rest, yoga, storytelling, and soulful connection.

Together we will honor the wisdom of our lived experiences, release what no longer serves, and open to the radiant vitality available at this powerful threshold. 

The curriculum includes deep, gentle, unwinding, restorative, and embodied yoga practices, meditation, self reflective writing and art, dance and movement, storytelling, safe, welcoming, nourishing, and healing women’s circles of sharing, ceremony and ritual, incredible food, and community bonding.

A week of deep connection to our bodies, our hearts, and our souls.

• 5 Nights Accommodations at this deluxe, eco-friendly resort featuring ocean, mountain, and garden views

• Airport transfer from Cabo San Lucas airport on 10/27 and 11/1

• 3 delicious, healthy meals each day – with seafood options several times per week and alternatives for those with dietary restrictions

• A stellar curriculum of Holistic and Embodied practices with multiple classes each day including Embodied Yoga, Meditation, Dance/Movement, Women's Circles, and Ceremony/Ritual
• Free time with options to go horseback riding, hiking, surfing, lounging at the pool, soaking in the hot tub, whale watching, watching sunsets, and star gazing
